Up! Conditioning is a six week, strength and conditioning program. Metaphorically, Up! is a lot like a brick wall. It's there for three key reasons: 1) To show how bad we want something. 2) To stop the people who don't want it badly enough. 3) And finally, as we suffer together to overcome that brick wall, we grow stronger together! Being present is the first step to greatness and these student-athletes had perfect or near perfect attendance.

Hard work (Up!) is not punishment. Hard work (Up!) is the price of admission for the opportunity to reach sustained excellence.
Congratulations! We obviously had several others who missed just two or three sessions. They, too, worked extremely hard. We often share a popular quote from Coach Lombardi, "Fatigue makes cowards of us all", and remind our guys when the body gets tired you get selfish, you get sloppy and you get weak minded. Tryouts will be here before we know it, and hopefully, conditioning won't be the factor that holds any of us back from being at our best.
